It's from a 5 part doujinshi that takes place AFTER the End of Evangelion, the doujinshi series is called Re-Take if you hunt around a bit I'm sure you can find a rapidshare or torrent of the doujins. It's a very good manga, has a bit of hentai in it...but still top of the line, a worthy successor of NGE.
